Purchased to add to my kayak for long distances. It doesn't really make me go faster than if I paddled full speed, but saves me from getting tired when I use the kayak for going a long ways in to hunt. Not a bad motor. Weeds do tend to clog it up so I'd probably not recommend this if you're using it in a weedy lake/river.
Moves my Intex Excursion 5 like a dream, super quiet and smooth. It’s scary how quiet it is, I often had to check if it was still on! It goes pretty fast, even with a fully loaded boat, I love this motor!
Just hooked it up to my kayak, can’t wait to get on the water!
Although I haven't actually been on the water with it yet, I love the motor, and it functioned very well on my dry land test of the unit. So looking forward to getting in on my canoe and hitting the water.
i'm enjoying this motor. It's a quality product.
Just tried it out on local lake. I am very satisfied. It's quiet and powerful
Very powerful. Just what I was looking for. Neighbors are jealous. No gas and oil smell, just quiet cruises.
Works great , and quiet well worth the money I would recomend it. THANKS Rich
An extremely smooth and quiet running electric motor. Used exclusively on my square-stern canoe. It's light, has enough power, easy to mount, and doesn't use any where's near as much power as my previous motor!
THIS LITTLE THING IS GREAT IT MOVES MY LITTLE BOAT AROUND LIKE A BIG ONE AND THE NOISE LEVEL IS THE WAY I LIKE IT
Perfect motor for small boat or raft. This motor is probably the most economical and reliable motor you can buy. They are so light weight that you can put in your car no problem.
It looks very good & I expect it will perform very well powering my Achilles inflatable dingy. I plan to stow it on my sail boat when I'm towing the dingy, something I couldn't do with a gas engine.
