Great step ladder for those who are a "little shaky" in climbing these kinds of ladders.
This is a great step ladder for those who are a "little shaky" in climbing ladders without means of side support (i.e. handrails). As the product notes state: this ladder comes out of the box, ready to use. It requires no installation (except for the cross-rail at the top; which assembles easily using two screws). Also, the side hand rails fold out of the way when not in use! None of the other ladders of similar design has this feature. This is a "plus and a selling point" in my opinion.

Safe step ladder.

Use this all the time
This is the best step ladder I have bought, great for all kinds of projects. Gives me height access to things my smaller step stool cant reach. The bars on the sides give me extra confidence. Its not light weight but it needs to be sturdy. I am a 60 year old woman and I can carry it around no problem

Great product
Ladder is great and easy for me to move. My only disappointment is that it was obvious that someone had returned it. Several of the zip ties had been cut and the cloth tool holder was missing. But the ladder is great and easy to assemble.

Love this!
Being Short, This was a great buy for my home. I use it outdoors and is very sturdy and easily folds to store in my shed. It is also lightweight and easy to carry around.

Safe
Now I can use a ladder without thoughts of falling off it. I'm 68 and like cleaning so now I can reach the top of things. Great weight, I can pick it up with ease. Built sturdy. Folds up nicely.

Great Ladder, Nightmare to Assemble
The actual ladder is getting the 5 stars, but if I was handing out stars for the ease of assembly it would get a 2. I’m 73 and female, but I managed to get it together but it was a struggle. A word of caution to anyone buying this ladder: Position all screws/washers & nuts loosely and DO NOT TIGHTEN until everything is basically in place, because you will absolutely have to wrench the attachments around, shift things here and there, in order to get all the screws in the right positions to align through the predrilled holes. Then you can tighten everything. I love that the ladder had both a platform and a tool bag, the handrails are wonderful and there is a high bar on top for even more stability if you’re someone like me who hates heights. Nice wide steps & not too heavy to move around.

Awesome ladder!
I am a pretty spry almost 80 yr old woman. I don’t feel comfortable using ordinary step ladders any more (no lectures, please). I feel very secure standing on this ladder. It is super sturdy, the steps are plenty deep enough and the handrails are great. The large tray is very convenient as well. I liked it so much I gave one to each of my children for Christmas.

Perfect for support and balance needed for senior citizen.
Easy to put this 4 step ladder together, although the top railing was a really tight fit into the frame and I needed someone strong to squeeze the railing together to make it fit into the frame. This is a best buy for the money and safety...strong, sturdy, stable going up and down the deep steps with the protection of holding on the long side rails for going up and down. Great for a 70 year old DIYer gal to still take care of my home.
