Loved using this on a small lake to teach my 4 year old how to fish. Also good for teaching her how to tube....slow and steady and she was not afraid of going too fast!

The unit works as described, and it propells my canoe without issues. It takes a little to get with using it, but you can go up and down the river without paddlling. Hight adjustment convenient.

nice working trolling motor especially for price. I have a 15 foot aluminum covered Bow boat and it moved it good enough to get through shallows which is why i got it.

Plenty of power when needed, especially going upstream. Easy to manuever and raise up when going into water too shallow for the prop. Would recomend for anyone who just wants to have a nice cruis down the river.

This is my first trolling motor. I love it. It works perfectly, it light, appears well made, and was easy to set up. It has an excellent price for a saltwater motor, but only time will tell if it holds up to corrosion. It has plenty of power to push my 10 ft dinghey around at harbor speed. It seems plenty quiet to me, but then I amnot trying to fool any fish.

Pushing my heavy 17' fish / ski boat with no problems! Just make sure you put the shear pin in it. It did not come with instructions, but it's easy to figure it out.
