Love it!
Best purchase I've made. To address some of the negative reviews, I had none. According to a video the spinning wheels go near the handle bar end. I aligned all the wheels on the bolt holes and placed the bolts in each hole and hand tightened each bolt then I staggered tightening each wheel bolts till all were snug. I used the enclosed wrench and it worked perfectly. I was missing a lock nut but I had a spare in my cabinet. All in all a well made reasonably price, handy cart.

Great little cart
Works great and easy to put together. Only had to put on the wheels. Works great for me as I live in an apartment complex and have to tote my trash and laundry to a different building, it saves my back! Also stores under my bed easily.
